Many homes built in the last 20 years suffer from watertight issues and cladding failures. Bringing a leaky building up to the Standards of the NZ Building Code can be complex & stressful. By successfully recladding the home we were able to give the home owner the reassurance that the property would be able to be sold.

Finished with pre-painted aluminium boarding that is low maintenance - a new and innovative material to suit the owner's lifestyle.

This home was shrink wrapped, old cladding was removed. Independent building consultants inspected the property for damage/rot and the home was repaired and reclad. Recladding offers the perfect opportunity to modernise the exterior and interior to reflect current trends.
